Report not generating?
Reports typically take 20-40 seconds to generate. If your report is stuck in "pending" for more than 2 minutes, please email us with your payment confirmation.
Payment issues?
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. If your payment was charged but you didn't receive a report, contact us with your email address and we'll investigate immediately.
Can't find your report?
Check your email for the report link. If you've lost the link, email us with the property address and your payment email, and we'll resend it.
Questions about the data?
Our reports use data from the Irish Property Price Register, Daft.ie listings, and AI analysis. If you notice any errors or have questions about specific data points, please let us know.
Need a refund?
We offer refunds within 24 hours if the report failed to generate due to technical issues. See our Terms of Service for full details.
